Yarra Valley Chardonnay 2012
Medium-deep ruby, with a red-purple centre Brooding, dark fruit profile with an inky, graphite-like note from the time on skins. A true vin de garde, this wine does not reveal itself easily in its youth. Ripe fruit flavours merge with toasted oak in a restrained manner now but some years in the cellar will allow the wine to blossom and show its true colours.
